For over 15 years, I have been supporting designers, small business owners, and handmade labels with multiple employees on their journey to building a strong digital presence – always with passion, enthusiasm, and a lot of fun!
I assist both sellers on platforms like Etsy (formerly DaWanda) and brands with their own online shops by helping them optimize their online presence, set fair prices, and streamline their processes. One of the highlights of my career has been the inspiring DaWanda seminars, where I coached DaWanda sellers on-site from 2012 to 2018.
Analysis and strategy
Before diving in, I conduct a thorough analysis of existing digital structures – from online shops and websites to social media channels, especially Instagram. It is important to me that the overall appearance is cohesive and that all channels are perfectly aligned. Based on this analysis, I develop tailored strategies that meet the specific needs of each label and help them build a strong and sustainable digital presence.
Coaching and implementation
In my one-on-one coaching sessions, which I have been offering for over 15 years, I provide hands-on expertise and creative insights – whether via video conference or in person. Together with business owners and their teams, we work on improving content, making online shops more user-friendly, and optimizing social media channels.

A consistent brand identity across all channels, combined with simplified processes and a well-thought-out content strategy, strengthens the long-term presence of a brand. Continuous optimization leads to increased digital visibility and improved customer engagement – both in physical stores and online.
